Meet Dustin Throop

Dustin grew up in Bentonville, where he developed a strong connection to the Northwest Arkansas community. A proud graduate of Bentonville High School and Eagle Scout, he went on to earn a degree in Small Business and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Economics from the University of Arkansas. His entrepreneurial drive and deep local roots inspired the creation of Bird Dog Real Estate — a company built on integrity, hard work, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.

With a hands-on approach and a strong background in real estate investing, Dustin has experience spanning property flips, new home construction, renovations, and multifamily developments. He believes that real estate is about more than buildings — it’s about improving communities, creating jobs, and giving families beautiful places to call home. This vision continues to shape Bird Dog Real Estate’s growth and the lasting relationships Dustin builds with clients, partners, and investors.

Beyond his business, Dustin is a dedicated husband and father of four who brings the same commitment to family life as he does to every project. He volunteers weekly at his church’s food pantry, helping provide meals for hundreds of families every month. Through both his work and his service, Dustin strives to make a positive and lasting impact on the community he proudly calls home.
